I am really disappointed with LBC. Last Monday, March 1, I availed of their door to door delivery service to deliver retailer kit for my new retailer. The consignee address is just in Quezon City.
To my dismay, as of today, the package has not delivered yet to the person I sent it to.
When I called their customer service, they keep on telling me that the package is already in the courier and is for delivery. They keep on saying the same sh*t.
The declared value is just 500, but the damaged on my business and reputation is far more worth than that.
LBC Hari ng delayed na padala? or LBC hari ng nawawalang padala???
