Stress is everywhere. Traffic, paper works in the office, household chores at home etc.</p>
<p>I remember one time, I had this interview with  a Call Center Company, The question was &#8220;How do you manage stress?&#8221;</p>
<p>This is a common question usually interviewer&#8217;s ask if you are applying as a Call Center Agent.</p>
<p>As we all know, Call Center is a very stressful job and it takes a lot of hardwork and dedication.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t know how to handle stress, you&#8217;ll surely end up in a hospital ( God forbid!).</p>
<p>One way of handling stress is taking vitamins, sleeping on time, as much as possible don&#8217;t drink or smoke.<br />
Healthy lifestyle will really help in dealing stress. If you let stress get into you, then you will be stressful in your everyday life.</p>
<h2>10 Tips To Manage Stress </h2>
<ol>
<li>Always start your day with a prayer.</li>
<li>Don&#8217;t skip meals. Remember, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eat balanced-diet including fruits and vegetables.</li>
<li>Get enough rest atleast 8-10 hours a day.</li>
<li>Drink lots of juices especially water 8 or more glasses a day.</li>
<li> Take Vitamins.</li>
<li> Always be positive and happy. Always feel good so you will always look good.</li>
<li> Take stress as a challenge.</li>
<li> Have an organize schedule for your daily activities so you can budget your time properly. The more organize you are, the lesser the stress you would have.</li>
<li>Exercise atleast thrice a week.</li>
<li>Managing your stress properly would make your every day life smooth and going.</li>
</ol>
<p>People that are stressful are often angry, irratated and can&#8217;t think and sleep well. If you don&#8217;t manage your stress right, you will definitely look older <img src='http://www.easylifeguide.net/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<h2>How to Motivate Yourself to Lose Weight</h2>
<p>Well, nobody can help you but yourself, without those slimming pills or fitness center. But the big question is HOW? Experts say that people who tried to lose weight naturally likely to go back to their eating habits though they already learn to eat less.</p>
<p>People who want to lose weight fast should have a motivation. There are lots of reasons that will motivate overweight people to exert effort in losing weight and do some exercise.</p>
<h2>Lose Weight Fast</h2>
<p>1. <em>Set a clear goal</em> &#8211; It is important that you have your goals. You can list down everything in one paper. Try to be exact on what you want to do and what you want to happen. Make sure that your goals are achievable; don’t write something that is impossible to happen.</p>
<p>2. <em>Make a strategy</em> &#8211; Strategies that might help you is by posting pictures of your favorite cover models, posting different quotations on how to be fit and healthy or try to hang some of your favorite sexy<br />
shirt and jeans. You can even read or watch videos of people who lose weight naturally.</p>
<p>3. <em>Give extra effort for yourself</em> &#8211; Try to enjoy what you are doing. Nobody can do this for you. So try to go after your goals. Be positive don’t let anybody ruin all your plans specially the people around you<br />
who are not at help.</p>
<p>4. <em>Ask help from somebody who cares</em> &#8211; It’s a big help if a family member or a friend will help you in motivating yourself in losing weight. Somebody who will give advice, listen and understand. Somebody<br />
who will encourage you to move on to your goals.</p>
<p>5. <em>Set your time. </em> &#8211; Give target time for the amount of pounds that you want to lose. Check your calendar every now and then to make sure that you will meet your deadline.</p>
<p>Remember all the advantages that you will get in losing weight. And you are doing this not for anybody but for your self.</p>
