Bugzilla really made my days busy for a couple of weeks(yes really!). I made it through the Bugzilla windows installation, evaluation and review last month. Installing Bugzilla in Windows platform is not really easy as compared to Linux based systems (I Think? hehe).
So What is Bugzilla?

Bugzilla is a “Defect Tracking System” or “Bug-Tracking System”. Defect Tracking Systems allow individual or groups of developers to keep track of outstanding bugs in their product effectively
Bugzilla Review
Bugzilla, though with a poor interface design, is a feature rich tool covering most of the requirements for defect management. Though there are other existing systems that I think is better than Bugzilla, It is still widely used by different companies as stated on their website 
Bugzilla is kinda flexible allowing you to define multiple products which in reality could be treated as multiple projects. It can group bugs or defects into several components which can be treated as sub systems of modules of a particular project…
Do you have an example of having multiple Bugzilla databases on a windows server running Apache? All the examples we have seen are for Linux.

i hv downloaded Bugzillla but there is no .exe file from where i can install this software in to my system. Can u provide me any help on this?

@mekhala – If you downloaded the files, it is usually in tarball or compressed format.. just extract to web accessible directory
I have downloaded bugzilla 3.0.5.But not getting how to install it. I am using windowsXP20002. I am very new to installation for bugzilla. Please guide me to install it.because there is no .exe file
if tere is any other free bug tracking tool which reliable and easy to install
My manager gave me the task of installing the bugzilla in my local machine, i dont have any idea on how to install it. I’ve tried doing research but it seemed to be not enough to provide the step-by-step procedure.. Hope somebody could help me on this, would appreciate a lot. thanks in advance.
