oDesk negotiation is not a game where one wins and the other looses. It is more of a bargaining agreement to come up with a working arrangement that will benefit both the employer and the provider. Don’t be hesitant to settle all the aspects of your perspective job. When you negotiate, be reasonable and lay all the relative details that will convince your employer to start the contract.
