It is not a secret how much the Filipino people support the number one pound for pound fighter today. Manny Pacquiao had overcame adversities few more times that we could ever know. He was brought up thinking that his life would never change and that he’d sell donuts in the streets for the rest of his life. Not until he discovered his potential himself that he took the shot of changing his and his family’s lives.

Here he is set for the rest of his life with his lovely family. Manny Pacquiao is a thinker and he’s an executioner. He makes things happen because of his will to succeed. He once quoted “I was down and I was poor, I didn’t know what to do with my life. Now I am in a much better level financially and I feel like every opponent I face wants to put me back to that poorer state. That guy has to be eliminated.”

The reason of Manny Pacquiao’s continuing fighting career is the Filipino nation. The nation is what keeps him going. He believes that he gives light and hope to every single Filipino in our country. He gives excitement and greatness in every single one of our hearts, he truly is a Filipino hero.

Manny Pacquiao will face Shane Mosley on May 7(Philippines 8th) 2011 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Every single Filipino is looking forward to this fight, like every other fight of Manny, the streets are clear, everyone’s would be watching the icon of boxing defend the Filipino’s pride. He has not let us down, he always finds a way to fascinate us. Someone like Manny Pacquiao doesn’t come around often, Freddie Roach (Manny’s trainer) once said that someone like him is being born once every decade. The likes of him? Guys like Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali and Floyd Patterson.

We are truly lucky to have him as part of our culture, our pride and our happiness. It is inevitable the he will retire someday but we will be there to give applause and bow to him when he decides to do that. He’s done enough but he doesn’t wanna let us down, he doesn’t wanna let the Filipino people down. He’s gonna fight with every single warrior bloodline in him to do that. That’s just who he is.

There is no doubt in anyone’s mind who’s the best pound for pound fighter today. He’s a natural born killer, a Filipino blooded warrior and a citizen of mankind. His name is Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao. With a record of 52 wins, 3 losses and 2 draws, he’s a solid well experienced multi weight champion.

He’s been in the ring with the who’s who list of the boxing scene, but you gotta wonder what keeps him going. Winning 10 world titles in eight different divisions and becoming the lineal champion several times would probably satisfy a fighter and start thinking of hanging them up. But not Manny Pacquiao. He has this undeniable will to win every single fight that he goes through, Manny Pacquiao is not a boxer, he’s a fighter. He will not show any sign of weakness in the ring, he will come after his opponent with one goal and one goal only, to knock him out.

A great champion once said and I quote “A champion is made by overcoming adversity and coming up on top.” Fighters are all vulnerable but the one who has the greatest ability to overcome adversity is crowned champion.

Manny Pacquiao will face top welterweight contender Shane Mosley on May 7(May 8 Philippines) 2011 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. This fight has fight of the year written all over it. Style wise, this is a fantastic match up – Mosley is known to be a great jabber and a relentless boxer while Manny is all out brutal with his combinations. Both are smart fighters and both are very entertaining to watch. The one who would come up on top is probably the one who will not quit midway of the fight. Fighting is a mental toughness competition, training physically is just 20% of the outcome. If both comes out well prepared and in fantastic shape, it’s gonna be a long night of great boxing.

This fight is one of those fights when you really can’t tell who’s gonna come out with the victory because of their indisputable hearts. All I know is that the world is gonna witness another one of Pacquiao’s signature fights. I can’t wait.

Pacquiao vs Marquez Rematch FINAL Result

The rematch between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez is probably one of the most awaited event in the boxing scene this year.Pacquiao knocked Marquez down 3 times in the first round on their first bout last 2004, but Marquez recovered and fought back for a draw fight.

Four years after the first fight is kinda late for Pacquiao and Marquez rematch since a lot of boxing enthusiast I think has been anticipating for this event, but still, better late than never isn’t it!

As usual, Pacquiao bouts bring less traffic and 0 crime rates lol! coz everyone’s in front of their television watching his fight and waiting for the results.

Also, The Pacquiao and Marquez rematch is available in some theaters, so better reserve some tickets for you, for your friends, girlfriend or love one now.
