The Tourist Movie Review
If knowing who the main casts are is not enough for you to watch this movie (ok I’m a bit bias there) here’s my take and movie review after watching the Tourist.
As we all know, Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie are the main stars of this movie. Portrayed Frank and Elise respectively. As the usual, Jolie’s character here is a girl with a strong personality. What I actually think different (at first) is Depp’s character. His character is simply ordinary. With a profile like that, an actor like Johnny Depp is really the perfect one to portray this role, for a simple reason that, Angelina’s personality and popularity may overpower his leading man.
The story is unique in some ways, fast phased and delivered straight to the point. No extra scenes that would add up to the running time of the movie.
It’s a love story, with a bit of action, thriller and suspense.
What I actually love about the story is the unexpected ending. I love unexpected endings and I love stories that would keep me guessing and wondering till nearly the end. So I can say that watching this movie is really worth my time.
